US-UK Crochet Terms Conversion Chart

Hello crafters!

When you’re learning to crochet, sometimes the most difficult thing is learning how to read the pattern for the item you’re trying to make. To help, I’ve put together a conversion chart of US and UK crochet terms! They read across from each other, so for example, a single crochet stitch in US terms is equivalent to a double crochet stitch in UK terms.

These are the most common crochet abbreviations I could think of. Did I miss something? Let me know!

Happy crafting,
